This school is voluntary aided which means we are our own admission authority. 

Primary to secondary transition for entry September 2025

If your child was born between 1 September 2013 and 31st August 2014, you will need to apply for a Secondary school place for September 2025. The deadline for applications was Thursday 31st October 2024,  however, parents can apply for a place on our waiting list.

In Year Admissions 2024-2025

If you wish to apply for a place during the current school year 2024-2025 you should complete your borough In Year application form and the St Angela's In Year SIF to ensure that your daughter's application is considered under the most appropriate criteria.

Fair Access

The law requires that each local authority must have a Fair Access Protocol (FAP), agreed with the majority of schools in its area to ensure that for In Year admissions unplaced children, especially the most vulnerable, are offered a place at a suitable school as quickly as possible. In agreeing a protocol, the local authority must ensure that no school - including those with available places - is asked to take a disproportionate number of children who have been excluded from other schools, or who have challenging behaviour. St Angela's Ursuline School has signed up to the LB Newham’s Fair Access Protocol.

Admission Arrangements for 2026-2027

If your child was born between 1 September 2014 and 31st August 2015, you will need to apply for a Secondary school place for September 2026.

Applications open on 1st September 2025. Parents are reminded that they will need to complete both the school's Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and their local council's Common Application Form (CAF)
